- Send a request to your current hosting provider asking them to unlock the domain name and send you the EPP/Authorisation Key. We can then request the transfer to us.
- We then assist you to transfer all your old data (mails and website) to Namibia4u servers.
- Once we have all your info or data transferred and mails setup, We will initiate the transfer and your domain will be moved to Namibia4u servers.
- It can take up to 48 hours for the transfer to complete
- If you have any question or require assistance with this process, please don't hesitate to contact us.
That's no problem. We wont charge you again. Namibia4u wont charge you to transfer to us, and also if you paid your current provider, we wont charge you hosting fees for the time you paid already.
